Returns and Refunds

At PickleballGoodz, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please read the following return policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Timeframe: You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Condition: The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hi@pickleballgoodz.com. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s) within 48hrs.

  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, and attach the provided return label on the outside of the package. Give the package to the carrier.

  4. Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days after the package has been received by our warehouse. If you do not receive your refund within 15 days after tracking is showing the package as delivered, please contact us at hi@pickleballgoodz.com

  5. Restocking fee: There is no restocking fee on items that are returned new/unused and in original packaging.

  6. Refund: Once your item has been returned, the cost of the return shipping ($11) will be deducted from your final refund, if you opted to use our return label.

 

Processing Returns:

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  2. Refund/Exchange/Store Credit: Depending on your preference, we will process your return as follows:

    • Refund: If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days from the date we receive the return.
    • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly after inspecting your return.
    • Store Credit: If you opt for store credit, we will issue a credit to your PickleballGoodz account, which you can use for future purchases.

Exceptions:

  1. Customized or Personalized Items: We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they are damaged or defective.

  2. Clearance and Final Sale Items: Items marked as "clearance" or "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order (email: hi@pickleballgoodz.com). We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.
